Bulk Apparel Ordering Made Simple for WooCommerce
HAS Bulk Apparel Order is a WooCommerce plugin designed for stores that sell custom apparel, team uniforms, jerseys, spirit wear, event shirts, group merchandise, fundraisers, and other products where customers need to order multiple sizes at once.
Instead of forcing customers to add one size at a time or type everything into a messy checkout note, this plugin creates a guided bulk-ordering experience directly on the WooCommerce product page.

What This Plugin Does
HAS Bulk Apparel Order allows WooCommerce stores to create reusable Bulk Order Groups and assign them to individual products.
Customers can enter quantities by size, then provide item-specific details only when needed.
For example, a customer could order:
- 12 Small
- 24 Medium
- 30 Large
- 18 XL
- 6 2XL
If the product only needs sizes, the customer can add the order directly to the cart. If the product requires extra details, such as names, numbers, grad years, sleeve names, or other custom fields, the plugin automatically builds a detail-entry table for each item ordered.
Perfect For
- Team apparel stores
- School spirit wear shops
- Custom jersey products
- 5K and event shirt orders
- Fundraiser apparel
- Company uniforms
- Sports leagues and tournaments
- Screen print and embroidery shops
- WooCommerce stores that handle group orders
Reusable Bulk Order Groups
Create reusable Bulk Order Groups in the WordPress admin area and assign them to WooCommerce products.
Example groups can include:
- Sizes only
- Sizes + names
- Sizes + numbers
- Sizes + names + numbers
- Sizes + names + numbers + grad year
- Fully custom field groups
You can also duplicate an existing Bulk Order Group and edit the copy, making it easier to build new product workflows without starting from scratch.
Flexible Field Types
The plugin supports multiple field types, including:
- Text fields
- Number fields
- Dropdowns
- Radio buttons
- Checkboxes
- Textarea fields
Fields can apply to each individual item or to the entire order. This allows you to collect item-specific data like player name and number, while also collecting order-wide information like team name, coach name, event name, school, department, or deadline.
Dynamic Pricing and Upcharges
HAS Bulk Apparel Order includes flexible pricing options for apparel products.
You can create pricing rules for:
- Size upcharges, such as 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, and larger
- Name personalization
- Number personalization
- Sleeve names
- Grad years
- Dropdown or radio option selections
- Other custom add-ons
Customers can see pricing hints on the product page before adding the order to the cart.
Optional Bundle and Combo Pricing
The plugin supports optional bundle or combo pricing.
For example:
- Number only: $5
- Name only: $8
- Name + Number bundle: $10
If no bundle rule is created, normal per-field pricing applies. If a bundle rule is created and the required fields are filled in, the bundle price is used instead.
Minimum and Maximum Quantity Rules
Set minimum and maximum total quantities per product. The minimum and maximum apply across all sizes combined.
For example, if a product has a minimum of 12 pieces, the customer can order any combination of sizes as long as the total quantity is at least 12.
The cart is protected so customers cannot remove individual generated items to bypass minimum order requirements.
Clean WooCommerce Cart and Order Data
Each ordered item is added to the WooCommerce cart with its own custom details attached.
The plugin stores clean order item meta using configurable data names such as:
bo_sizebo_player_namebo_player_numberbo_grad_year
This makes the data easier to use for exports, production workflows, internal systems, reporting tools, and API integrations.
CSV Email Attachment
When a bulk order is placed, the plugin can attach a CSV file to WooCommerce order emails. This gives store admins and production teams a structured breakdown of the order without manually decoding each cart item.
The CSV includes details such as:
- Order number
- Order date
- Customer
- Product
- SKU
- Quantity
- Line total
- Field name
- Field value
